Effective September 8, 2026
Hustl is a marketplace built for verified college students to buy, sell, and hire each other for items and services on their own campus. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Hustl app, and how we use it.
Hustl is a marketplace, so some information is shown to other students by design: your name (as "First L.", e.g. "Jordan S."), school, profile photo, rating, and any listings, messages, or reviews you post. Your full last name and email address are never shown to other users.
Hustl does not process payments or handle any part of a transaction. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and pickup directly with each other, outside the app. Hustl is not a party to, and is not responsible for the outcome of, any transaction between users.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the app on our behalf, and only so they can provide that service to us:
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from the app itself (Settings → Delete Account) — this removes your account, listings, messages, and reviews right away. Questions about this can be sent to thehustlapp@gmail.com.
Hustl is intended for enrolled college students verified through a school email address, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We may update this policy as Hustl changes. We'll update the effective date above whenever we do.
Email us at thehustlapp@gmail.com and we'll get back to you.
